摘要
集束子弹药是一种被广泛装备、频繁使用的弹药系统,在现代历次局部战争中发挥了重要作用。为适应集束子弹药国际公约的要求,新型集束子弹药在可靠触发作用的基础上,增加了自毁、自失效、自失能功能,使用了大量电子元器件和精密机械部件,结构复杂,其可靠性十分重要。本文针对该新型集束子弹药的可靠性问题,通过分析其组成、功能、各任务特点和作用流程,结合可靠性建模分析方法,建立了集束子弹药系统的基本可靠性数学模型和任务可靠性数学模型,为集束子弹药的设计、分析提供参考。
Cluster submunition is a widely equipped and frequently used ammunition system,which has played an important role in all modern local wars.To meet requirements of international convention on cluster submunition,the functions of self-destruction,self – failure and self-incapacitation function are added to the new type of cluster submunition on the basis of reliable triggering,which adopts large number of electronic components and precision mechanical components,and its reliability is very important.Aiming at this problem,we establish the basic reliability mathematical model and mission reliability mathematical model of this new type cluster submunition through analyzing its composition,function,each task characteristic and function flow,and combing with reliability modeling analysis method,which provides some references for the design and analysis of cluster submunition.
