基于粒子群算法的随钻测量仪备件优化方法研究

摘要 针对目前随钻测量仪备件优化的实际需求,给出了基于粒子群算法的备件优化方法。在随钻测量仪使用可用度和备件保障费用的约束下,利用粒子群算法并行处理、鲁棒性好以及算法简单等特点,实现了对随钻测量仪的备件优化,得到了随钻测量仪的最优备件配置。最后,以某型随钻测量仪的备件优化为例进行了案例应用,其结果表明粒子群算法能有效解决随钻测量仪备件优化问题。 Combined with engineering requirements of the measurement while drilling(MWD)instrument spare parts optimization,a method of spare parts optimization based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)is raised.Under the constraint of operational availability and cost of the MWD instrument,the PSO is used to optimize the spare parts of the MWD instrument and the optimal spare parts configuration scheme of the MWD instrument is obtained with characteristic of PSO of parallel processing,robustness,and simple algorithms.Finally,the case application of a certain type of MWD instrument is taken as an example.The result shows that particle swarm optimization can effectively solve the problem of spare parts optimization of MWD instrument.
