作业条件危险性评价法(LEC)在修井作业中的应用

文章介绍了作业条件危险性评价法(LEC)在油田修井作业中的应用,结合油田修井作业各工序中存在的危险有害因素,应用作业条件危险性评价法(LEC)确定了危险级别,找出油田修井作业中易发生的生产安全事故以及危险有害因素,并提出了安全对策措施和管理手段,为油田企业修井作业安全生产技术支持和本质安全化工作提供借鉴。

This paper introduces the application of likelihood,exposure and consequence(LEC)in oilfield workover operation.In view of the risk and harmful factors existing in each working procedure of oilfield workover operation,the risk level is determined using LEC method.This paper finds out the production safety accidents and dangerous and harmful factors that are easy to occur in workover operation in oil field,and puts forward the safety countermeasures and management means,which provides reference for the technical support and intrinsic safety work of workover operation in oilfield enterprises.
