基于DLP技术的3D打印机在产品创意设计中的应用

本课题分析了全国3D打印行业的发展趋势,介绍3D打印技术数字化、快速化、个性化、精细化等优点,具体分析DLP技术的成型原理以及优势,并进一步介绍基于DLP技术的3D打印机的工作流程,最后通过浙江农业商贸职业学院产品艺术设计学生产品创意设计典型案例来具体讲解DLP技术在产品设计中的应用。

In this paper,the development trend of 3D printing industry in China is analyzed.On the basis of introducing the advantages of 3D printing technology,such as digitization,rapidity,individualization and refinement,the forming principle and advantages of DLP technology are analyzed concretely.The workflow of 3D printer based on DLP technology is further introduced.finally,the application of DLP technology in product design is explained through the typical case of product creative design of product art design students in Zhejiang Agricultural Trade Vocational College.
