十八大以来,习近平总书记把意识形态工作定位为"党的一项极端重要的工作",为我们做好新时代的高校意识形态工作提供了基本遵循。坚持把高校意识形态工作摆在首位,既是政治建设与时俱进的历史选择,也是铸魂育人、立德树人的现实要求。在我国高校意识形态工作面临严峻形势和诸多挑战的紧要关头,党中央采取一系列有效举措加强和改进高校意识形态工作,构筑和完善高校意识形态安全体系,使我国高校意识形态工作发生了历史性转变。我国高校意识形态工作的政治环境更加健全优化,物质保障更加充分有力,网络环境更加"风清气正",高校内部职责分工更加科学规范。在中国特色社会主义现代化强国建设过程中,需要进一步强化高校思政理论课的主渠道作用,净化网络舆论空间,加快构建中国特色社会主义哲学社会科学的学科体系、学术体系与话语体系。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that the ideological work is an extremely important work of the Party, which provides us the basic guidelines for ideological work in colleges and universities in the new era. It is not only a historical choice for political construction to keep pace with the times, but also a realistic requirement for educating and guiding students. At the critical moment when the ideological work in colleges and universities in China is facing a severe situation and many challenges, the Party Central Committee has taken a series of effective measures to construct and improve the ideological security system in colleges and universities. These measures have brought about a historic transformation of the ideological work:the political environment for the ideological work in Chinese colleges and universities is more sound and optimized;the material security is more sufficient and powerful;the network environment is more clean and upright;and the division of responsibilities within colleges and universities is more scientific and standardized. In the process of building a powerful modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to further strengthen the mainchannel role of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, purify the space of network public opinion, and accelerate the construction of discipline system, academic system and discourse system of socialist philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics.
