影像技术在心肌桥诊断方面的临床价值研究现状

Status of clinical value study of imaging technology in the diagnosis of myocardial bridge

心肌桥是一种较为常见的解剖变异,其临床表现可以多种多样,可以引起心肌缺血、梗死,甚至猝死。因此,对于心肌桥的检出和诊断具有非常重要的临床意义。随着影像技术水平的提高,冠状动脉造影、CT冠脉成像等技术实现了心肌桥的活体诊断和评价,提高了其诊断的敏感性和特异性。本文主要对影像学技术在诊断心肌桥中的作用及临床价值等方面进行了总结。

Myocardial bridge is a common anatomical variation.Its clinical manifestations can be varied which can cause myocardial ischemia,infarction and even sudden death.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance for the detection and diagnosis of myocardial bridge.With the improvement of imaging technology,coronary angiography,CT coronary angiography and other technologies the diagnosis and evaluation of myocardial bridge in vivo have been realized,which has improved the sensitivity and specificity of its diagnosis.This article summarizes the role of imaging technology in the diagnosis of myocardial bridge and its clinical value.
