摘要 影响辐射测温准确性的因素很多,其中周围环境干扰和物体发射率是主要影响因素,使用比色测温技术可以很大程度上减弱这两种影响。文中介绍比色测温技术的原理,详细说明在比色测温系统中双波段的选取问题,列举实际系统标定过程中出现的一些问题,结合理论知识对这些实际问题进行分析,通过误差分析得出影响实验的主要因素。实验结果表明,温度在600~1 000℃之间,拟合曲线法的最大误差为3.06%,温度越低噪声对实验精度影响越大,测温距离也是导致测量误差产生的主要因素。 The ambient interference and object emissivity are two main influencing factors that affect the accuracy of radiometric temperature measurement,which can be greatly weakened by using the colorimetric temperature measurement technology.The principle of the colorimetric temperature measurement technology is introduced in this paper. The dual-waveband selection of the colorimetric temperature measurement system is described in detail. Some problems that arise in the actual system calibration process are listed. These practical problems are analyzed by combining with the theoretical knowledge. The main factors that affect the experiment are obtained by means of error analysis. The experimental results show that,the maximum error of the curve-fitting method is 3.06% when the temperature is between 600 ℃ and 1 000 ℃;the lower the temperature is,the greater the influence of noises on experimental accuracy becomes,and the temperature measurement distance is also the main factor that leads to generation of measurement errors.
