长江经济带“GDP万亿俱乐部”城市产业发展特征的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Characteristics of Industrial Development of “GDP Trillion Club” Cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

长江经济带沿线城市是推动长江经济带高质量发展的主力军,"GDP万亿俱乐部"城市更是支撑长江经济带高质量发展的"领头羊"。从产值结构与就业结构、产业结构转换方向与速度、产业竞争水平3个维度,综合考察2007～2016年长江经济带沿线"GDP万亿俱乐部"城市产业发展特征。研究结果显示:长江经济带沿线"GDP万亿俱乐部"城市产业结构差异明显,转换速度缓慢;产业专业化优势不显著,地区特色鲜明;技术进步、产业规模影响产业效率提升。应加快破除旧动能与培育新动能,以加速产业结构服务化为抓手,推动现代化经济体系建设;强化自身发展和协同发展双轮驱动,提高产业专业化水平,打造有机融合高效的经济带;充分发挥市场的决定性配置作用,依托创新与集聚,实现效率变革。

The cities along the Yangtze River economic belt are the main force to promote the high-quality development of the Yangtze River economic belt,with the "GDP trillion club" cities as "bellwethers".Characteristics of the industrial development of "GDP trillion club" cities along the Yangtze river economic belt from 2007 to 2016 were comprehensively investigated from three dimensions: output value structure and employment structure,direction and speed of industrial structure transformation,and industrial competition level.The results show that the industrial structures of "GDP trillion club" cities along the Yangtze River economic belt are obviously different and the transformation speed is slow.The superiority of industrial specialization is not remarkable,while regional characteristics are distinct.The technological progress and industrial scale can affect the improvement of industrial efficiency.We should speed up the elimination of old kinetic energy and cultivate new kinetic energy in order to accelerate the service of industrial structure and promote the construction of modern economic system.We should also strengthen both their own development and the collaborative development,improve the level of industrial specialization,and create an integrated and efficient economic belt.Additionally,full play should be given to the decisive allocation role of the market,relying on innovation and agglomeration to achieve the efficient change.
