Safety Management of Blasting Demolition on the Project of 19 Buildings in BingJiang International Business District of Wuhan

拆除爆破一方面能有效提高施工效率,另一方面还为经济建设提供帮助。但拆除爆破过程中,也存在诸多问题,如爆破方案设计、施工、安全防护、爆破器材管理、爆破理论研究等方面。因此,亟需加强对安全管理的规范。以武汉市19栋楼房爆破拆除工程项目为例,通过加强爆破作业相关单位资质的审查、爆破技术方案的专家评审,提出有效的安全管理办法,督查安全防护措施以及利用数字化平台实时监管爆破作业过程中的不安全行为,确保了爆破成功和周边居民与环境的安全。

The extensive application of demolition blasting not only effectively improves the efficiency of construction,but also provides beneficial help to economic construction.However,there are many problems in the process of demolition blasting,such as the design,construction,safety protection,blasting equipment management,blasting theory and so on,so there are many shortcomings.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the standardization of safety management.Taking the blasting demolition project of 19 buildings in Wuhan as an example,this paper performs the security management duties of the public security organs through the examination of the qualification of the related units of blasting operation,the audit of the blasting technical scheme,the effective safety management methods,the implementation of the safety and protection measures and the supervision in the process of blasting operation.It ensured the success of blasting and the safety of surrounding residents and environment.
