摘要
燃气流量数据是智慧燃气的基础数据支撑,中低压调压箱是城镇燃气管网中重要的后端设备,中低压调压箱计量改造是智慧燃气建设过程中的一项必要环节。本文介绍了北京燃气现状中低压调压箱的工艺流程及设备布置,从流量计的安装、信号上传及供电方面对中低压调压箱计量改造进行方案确定,形成了改造难度小、易于实施且节省投资的改造方案。
Gas flow data is the basic data support of smart gas.Medium and low pressure gas regulator box is an important back-end equipment in urban gas network.Medium and low pressure gas regulator box metering reformation is a necessary link in the process of smart gas construction.This paper introduces the technological process and equipment layout of the medium and low pressure gas regulator box in Beijing Gas Group.This paper confirms the scheme of medium and low pressure gas regulator box metering reformation from the aspects of flowm eter installation,signal uploading and power supply.
