模拟口腔环境下二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷全冠疲劳磨损性能及抗断裂能力演变的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷全冠的磨损性能及抗断裂能力演变。方法:制作30个二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷全冠,分别进行磨损实验(n=12),测量磨损量、绘制磨损曲线,进行表层微观形貌观察。测试试件抗断裂能力(n=12)。6个试件为对照。结果:磨损曲线呈现"跑合期"、"稳定磨损期"、"剧烈磨损期"三阶段,并具有相应的微观形貌,抗断裂能力在"剧烈磨损期"明显降低。结论:二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷全冠磨损行为符合经典摩擦学理论,抗断裂能力在"剧烈磨损期"明显降低。 Objective:To investigate the wear characteristics and fracture resistance of lithium disilicate crowns.Methods:30 lithium dislicare glass ceramic crowns were prepared.The wear loss of the samples(n=12)were measured during the wear test and the wear curves were ploted.SEM were applied to observe the microscopic topography of worn surface and then the fracture resistance were tested(n=12).6 samples were used as the controls.Results:The wear curves demonstrated three stages:"running-in period","steady wear period"and"severe wear period".The fracture resistance of crowns declined dramatically in"severe wear period".Conclusion:The wear behavior of lithium disilicate glasss ceramic crowns accords with the classic tribology,the fracture resistance of the crowns declines dramatically in"severe wear period".
