牙周基础治疗对中、重度牙周炎患者血脂和血清炎性因子超敏C反应蛋白的影响

The effects of periodontal initial therapy on the levels of blood lipids and serum inflammatroy factor hs-CRP in patients with moderate or severe periodontitis

目的:探讨牙周基础治疗对中、重度牙周炎患者血脂和血清炎性因子超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的影响。方法:纳入40例中、重度牙周炎患者,于牙周基础治疗前和治疗后3个月、 6个月,做牙周检查,并检测血脂和Hs-CRP。结果:牙周基础治疗后3个月、 6个月牙周指数PI、 BOP、 GI、 CAL均明显下降(P<0.05),血脂水平、Hs-CRP均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:牙周基础治疗可显著降低中、重度牙周炎患者的血脂水平和Hs-CRP,可能对牙周炎患者抗动脉粥样硬化有着重要作用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of periodontal initial therapy on blood lipids and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP)in patients with moderate or severe periodontitis.Methods:40 patients with moderate or severe periodontitis were enrolled in this study,periodontal examination was performed,blood lipids and Hs-CRP were measured before and 3 and 6 months after periodontal initial treatment.Results:3 and 6 months after periodontal initial therapy,plaque index(PI),bleeding on probing index(BOP),gingival index(GI)and clinical periodontal attachment loss index(CAL)decreased(P<0.05);blood lipids and Hs-CRP were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Periodontal initial therapy can significantly reduce the levels of serum lipids and Hs-CRP in patients with moderate or severe periodontitis,which may play an important role in anti-atherosclerosis in patients with periodontitis.
