摘要
制作钴铬合金试件,经过有机硅季铵盐(Si-QAC)浸泡后,进行细菌黏附性实验,通过比浊法检测试件对白色念珠菌的抗黏附性。选取试件处理最佳时间和Si-QAC最佳浓度组合处理后,进行冷热循环实验。结果显示,钴铬合金表面具有长效抗黏附性。
Co-Cr alloy samples were prepared and treated with organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt(Si-QAC)and followed by the sefection of exposure time and Si-QAC dosage,and then by thermal cycling test.Turbidimetric test showed that the treated Co-Cr alloy specimen had long-term anti-adhesion to Candida albicans.
