负压封闭引流VSD技术在口底多间隙感染中的临床应用

Application of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of maxillofacial multiple-space infection

收集17例采用传统切开引流和19例采用VSD治疗的口底多间隙感染患者。通过分析间隙感染来源、细菌感染类型、对比炎症指标、住院天数变化、评估治疗效果,结果表明:采用VSD技术治疗颌面多间隙感染能快速控制炎症、稳定病情。

Clinical data,including the source and pathogen of the infection,infection indexes,hospitolization duration and treatment outcome,of 17 patients with multi-space infection treated with conventional incision drainage and 19 cases with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)were analysed.VSD technique in the treatment of maxillofacial multiple-space infection is of great advantages in the rapid control of inflammation.
