罕见的口腔上皮样肉瘤1例并文献复习

A rare case of oral epithelioid sarcoma and literature review

本文报道一例罕见的口腔颊粘膜上皮样肉瘤(ES),并复习相关文献。术前病理活检加术中冰冻病理均未能诊断为ES,直至术后常规病理加免疫组化确诊为口腔上皮样肉瘤。

A rare case of epithelioid sarcoma on oral buccal mucosa is reported.Related literatures were reviewed.The tumor was not identified by biopsy before operation and frozen section during operation.The patient was treated by surgery and the tumor was diagnosed as oral epithelioid sarcoma by the postoperative routine pathology and immunohistochemistry after surgery.
