在国内外研究成果的基础上对贸易救济措施进行综合研究,用理论模型与实证模型对中国对美直接投资进行论证,结果表明,美国对中国的"双反"措施有力地推动了中国对美国的直接投资,即中国对美国的直接投资具有强烈的跨越贸易救济的动机.

Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper makes a comprehensive study on trade remedy measures and demonstrates China's direct investment in the United States with theoretical and empirical models. The results show that the "anti-dumping and countervailing" measures taken by the United States to China strongly promote China's direct investment in the United States, that is, China's direct investment in the United States has a strong motivation to leap over trade remedy.
