不同粉碎细度对赶黄草黄酮提取率及其抗氧化活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对赶黄草进行普通粉碎过筛处理和超微粉碎处理,测定其在不同粉碎细度下黄酮提取率,并从总抗氧化能力、DPPH自由基清除能力、还原能力、羟基自由基清除能力、ABTS+清除能力与FRAP清除能力六个方面来考察其抗氧化活性.结果表明:在超微粉碎处理下的赶黄草黄酮提取率及抗氧化能力均为最高;其黄酮提取率为64. 75%;黄酮浓度达到1. 0 mg/m L时,其总抗氧化能力为0. 45;还原能力为26. 28; FRAP的清除能力为18. 57; DPPH自由基的IC 50值为0. 002 5 mg/m L; ABTS+的IC 50为0. 018 3 mg/m L;羟基自由基的IC 50值为0. 118 0 mg/m L. In this paper,the extraction rate of flavonoids was determined under different grinding fineness by ordinary grinding,screening and ultra-fine grinding of Penthorum chinense Pursh.The antioxidant activity was investigated from six aspects:total antioxidant capacity,DPPH radical scavenging capacity,reducing capacity,hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity,ABTS+ scavenging capacity and FRAP scavenging capacity.The results showed that the extraction rate and antioxidant capacity of Flavonoids from Penthorum chinense Pursh were the highest under ultrafine grinding treatment;the extraction rate of flavonoids was 64.75%;the total antioxidant capacity was 0.45 when the concentration of flavonoids reached 1.0 mg/mL;the reduction capacity was 26.28;the scavenging capacity of FRAP was 18.57;the IC 50 value of 2.0DPPH radical was 0.002 5 mg/mL;the IC 50 value of ABTS+was 0.018 3 mg/mL;and the IC 50 value of 3.0 hydroxyl radical was 0.118 0 mg/mL.
