高职院校艺术设计类专业人才培养的目标是:围绕市场人才需求导向,以文化产业发展为引领,重点培养具有较强创新、创意能力的高素质高技能人才。高职艺术设计类专业应围绕产业发展明确目标定位,加强师资队伍建设、推动产教融合、强化人文素质提升等,努力培养出适应文化产业岗位需求的创新型应用人才。

The objectives of the art and design talent training are: to centre on the orientation of talent demands in the market, to take the development of cultural industry as the guide, and to make great efforts to cultivate high-quality and high-skilled talents with strong innovative and creative abilities. The art and design specialty in higher vocational colleges should focus on the clarification of target positioning based on the industrial development, strengthen the development of teaching staff in art and design, promote the integration of industry and education, and enhance the humanity quality improvement, so as to strive to cultivate innovative applied talents to meet the post needs in the cultural industry.
