隐性知识视阈下高职学生创业能力培育探索——基于现代学徒制模式

摘要 现代学徒制是一项学校和企业共同参与的育人模式。文章在分析现代学徒制课程结构和隐性知识内涵特点的基础上,通过与组织内创新创业能力层次目标相结合,针对专业及其实践育人模式,提出了基于现代学徒制的高职学生创新创业教育策略。 Modern apprenticeship is a mode of education in which schools and enterprises participate together. Based on the analysis of the structure of modern apprenticeship curriculum and the connotation of implicit knowledge, this paper puts forward the strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship education for higher vocational students based on Modern Apprenticeship by combining the hierarchical goal of innovation with entrepreneurship ability in the organization, aiming at the specialty, and utilizing the education mode in practices.
