摘要
当前,我国职业教育大力倡导"做中学、做中教"教学改革模式,目标指向职业教育教学质量提升。实践中,人们需要主动设计课堂教学质态评价指标,形成课堂教学质量提升的正确导向,建构课堂教学质态评价模型实施评价。文章首先设计了评价指标体系,然后确定了指标信息采集与集结方法,最后运用TOPSIS法建立了课堂教学质态评价模型,对职业学校教师课堂教学进行多维度的综合评价。
Currently, the teaching reform mode of "learn by doing, learn by teaching"advocated in Chinese vocational education is aimed to improve the quality of vocational education. In practice, it is required to initiatively design indexes of teaching evaluation, forms the orientation for improving the education quality, develop the classroom teaching quality evaluation mode and put it into practice. This paper designs the evaluation index firstly, determines the methods of index information collection, and constructs the evaluation mode with the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to comprehensively evaluate the teaching in vocational education classes.
