摘要
目的探讨外周血血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)与乳腺癌患者化疗疗效的相关性。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月该院收治的64例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,均行化疗治疗,根据疗效将64例患者分为有效组(45例)和无效组(19例),分别于入院时、化疗进行2个周期后检测外周血VEGF、CEA、CA125、TPS水平,并于化疗2个周期后进行化疗疗效评价,采用Spearman等级相关分析对检测指标与化疗疗效进行相关性分析。结果化疗2个周期后,64例患者血清VEGF、CEA、CA125、TPS水平均较化疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗2个周期后,有效组患者血清VEGF、CEA、CA125、TPS水平均较化疗前降低,且低于无效组(P<0.05),无效组患者上述指标在化疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经Spearman等级相关分析,乳腺癌患者血清VEGF、CEA、CA125、TPS水平与化疗疗效有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者外周血VEGF、CEA、CA125、TPS水平与化疗疗效有显著相关性,检测上述指标对预测治疗效果有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the correlation between peripheral blood vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),tissue polypeptide specific antigen(TPS)and chemotherapy efficacy in patients with breast cancer.Methods 64 cases of patients with breast cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected for the study,and they were given chemotherapy.According to the efficacy,64 patients were divided into effective group(45 cases)and ineffective group(19 cases).The levels of peripheral blood VEGF,CEA,CA125 and TPS were detected at admission and after 2 cycle of chemotherapy,and the chemotherapy efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles of chemotherapy.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the test indicators and the chemotherapy efficacy.Results After 2 cycles of chemotherapy,the serum levels of VEGF,CEA,CA125 and TPS in 64 patients were lower than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05).After 2 cycles of chemotherapy,the serum levels of VEGF,CEA,CA125 and TPS in effective group were lower than those before chemotherapy,and were lower than those in ineffective group(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in ineffective group before and after chemotherapy(P>0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that serum levels of VEGF,CEA,CA125 and TPS were significantly correlated with chemotherapy efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of peripheral blood VEGF,CEA,CA125 and TPS of patients with breast cancer are significantly correlated with the chemotherapy efficacy.The detection of these indicators has positive significance for predicting the treatment effects.
