摘要
围绕中国制造"2025",我国制造业企业都在为实现这个目标进行着大刀阔斧的技术改革与转型升级。库存管理是现代家电制造业企业物流管理的核心部分,是企业管理的基础,也是我国家企业内部管理上的薄弱环节。随着家电制造业不断升级更迭,库存管理问题日渐突出,本文主要针对家电制造业企业库存问题,在结合大数据、区块链、物联网等新兴信息数据处理模式与概念,提出家电制造业库存新模式研究及解决措施。
In order to achieve the goal of "made in China 2025", manufacturing enterprises in domestic are carrying out a bold and drastic technological reform and transformation and upgrading.Inventory management is the core part of logistics management of modern home appliance manufacturing enterprises and the basis of enterprise management which now is weak link for internal management of enterprises in China. With continuous upgrading and changes of household appliance manufacturing industry, the inventory management problem has become increasingly prominent. This paper mainly focuses on the inventory problem of household appliance manufacturing enterprises, and proposes the research and solutions of the new inventory model of household appliance manufacturing industry by combining the new information data processing models and concepts such as big data, blockchain and Internet of things.
