摘要
为应对不断加剧的人口老龄化形势,建立完善的医养结合养老服务体系,本文通过实地调研和文献检索,介绍在医养结合养老模式探索方面走在全国前列的青岛市,在实施过程中得到的经验启示,从而提出相应的建议和策略,为我国制定养老服务政策、养老机构建设规划等提供参考依据。
In order to cope with the increasing aging of the population and establish a perfect medical care and pension system for the elderly,this paper introduces the experience and Enlightenment of Qingdao,which is in the forefront of the whole country in the exploration of the mode of the elderly through field investigation and literature retrieval.Therefore,the corresponding suggestions and strategies are put forward to provide a reference for the formulation of China′s pension service policy and the planning of the construction of pension institutions.
