社区日间康复训练在慢性精神分裂症患者中的康复效果

Rehabilitation effect of community day rehabilitation training in patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探讨社区日间康复训练在慢性精神分裂症患者中的康复效果。方法选取2017年9月～2018年9月我院收治的100例慢性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶数法的相关要求将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组患者采用常规随访治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上辅以社区日间康复训练。比较两组患者治疗前后的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、Morningside康复状态量表(MRSS)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)评分及护理总满意度。结果两组患者治疗前的PANSS、MRSS、GWB评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的PANSS、MRSS评分均明显低于治疗前,GWB评分显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的PANSS、MRSS评分显著低于对照组,GWB评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度为98.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性精神分裂症患者在常规治疗措施基础上辅以社区日间康复训练,既有利于促进患者社会功能的恢复,又可以增加患者的幸福感,提高康复效果,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of community day rehabilitation training in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the requirements of odd and even number method,they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was given the routine follow-up treatment,and the observation group was supplemented with community day rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The scores of positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),Morningside rehabilitation status scale(MRSS),and general well-being scale(GWB)before and after treatment and the total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in PANSS,MRSS and GWB scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of PANSS and MRSS in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,the score of GWB was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of PANSS and MRSS in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the score of GWB was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The supplementation of community day rehabilitation training on the basis of routine treatment for chronic schizophrenia patients can not only promote the recovery of their social function,but also increase their well-being and rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
