视频脑电图在后循环卒中早期的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of video electroencephalogram in the early stage of posterior circulation stroke

目的探究视频脑电图(VEEG)在后循环卒中早期的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取2017年4月～2018年4月在赣州市立医院神经内科住院的36例后循环卒中患者作为研究对象,所有患者均于入院24 h内接受VEEG检查,在检查结束后,比较采用VEEG检查前后患者的病死率及生活质量评分。结果采用VEEG检查后患者的病死率为0.0%,低于采用VEEG检查前的22.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用VEEG检查后患者的生活质量总评分为(85.9±14.9)分,高于检查前的(68.6±14.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VEEG在后循环卒中早期的临床应用价值显著,可以帮助患者明确后循环病变部位,促进其生活质量的提升,降低患者的病死率,延长其生命,建议临床上进一步推广。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of video electroencephalogram(VEEG)in the early stage of posterior circulation stroke.Methods Thirty-six patients with posterior circulation stroke who were admitted to the Department of Neurology in Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly selected as research subjects.All patients underwent VEEG examination within 24 hours after admission.The mortality and quality of life scores of patients before and after the VEEG examination were compared.Results The mortality after the VEEG examination was 0.0%,which was lower than that before the VEEG examination accounting for 22.2%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total quality of life score of the patients after the VEEG examination was(85.9±14.9)points,which was higher than that before the VEEG examination for(68.6±14.4)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application value of VEEG in the early stage of posterior circulation stroke is significant.It can help the patients to identify the pathological location of posterior circulation,promote the improvement of their quality of life,reduce the mortality of patients,and prolong their lives,which is suggested to be further popularized clinically.
