锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床效果

Clinical effect of locking compression plate in the treatment of extremities fractures

目的探讨锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月～2016年12月我院收治的360例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(n=230)与对照组(n=130)。对照组患者给予常规术式治疗,观察组患者给予锁定加压钢板治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、骨愈合率、骨折愈合时间、并发症总发生率及患者满意度。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症总发生率(2.61%)低于对照组(36.15%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月的骨愈合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折相对于常规术式效果更佳,可显著提高四肢骨折患者的临床效果,促进四肢骨折患者骨愈合,缩短患者的骨折愈合时间,减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者满意度,值得在临床中应用推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of locking compression plate in the treatment of extremities fractures.Methods A total of 360 patients with extremity fractures from January 2015 to December 2016 treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and divided into observation group(n=230)and control group(n=130)according to different treatment methods.The control group were given conventional surgical treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with a lock-up compression plate.The clinical efficacy,bone healing rate,fracture healing time,complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total excellent and good rate of the patients with limb fractures in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(2.61%)was lower than that in the control group(36.15%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 6 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of locking compression plate in the treatment of extremities fracture was better conventional method,which can significantly improve the clinical effect of the extremities fracture patients,promote bone union of the patients with limbs fracture,shorten the time of fracture healing,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the patient satisfaction.It was worth applying in clinical work.
