摘要
目的探讨胰岛素增敏剂对多囊卵巢综合征内分泌紊乱的治疗作用。方法选取我院2016年7月~2017年2月收治的127例多囊卵巢综合征内分泌紊乱患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(64例)与观察组(63例)。对照组采用传统治疗方法,观察组在传统治疗的基础上,采用胰岛素增敏剂治疗方法。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后的睾酮、黄体生成素水平降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的腰/臀比、睾酮、黄体生成素、体重指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后不同时期的胰岛素、血糖水平均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素增敏剂在治疗多囊卵巢综合征内分泌紊乱方面能提高胰岛素敏感度,达到预期的治疗效果,效果较为显著,能够在临床上使用和推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of insulin sensitizers in the treatment of endocrine disorders in polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 127 patients with endocrine disorder of polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital from July 2016 to February 2017 were selected as study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(64 cases)and the observation group(63 cases).The control group used the traditional treatment method,and the observation group used the insulin sensitizer treatment method on the basis of traditional treatment.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of testosterone and luteinizing hormone in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).The waist-to-hip ratio,testosterone,luteinizing hormone and body mass index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of insulin and blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin sensitizers can increase the sensitivity of insulin in the treatment of endocrine disorders of multiple ovarian syndrome and achieve the desired therapeutic effect.The therapeutic effect is more significant and can be used and promoted in clinical practice.
