间断蓝光照射联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒及茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨间断蓝光照射联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒及茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选择2016年5月~2018年4月在我院成功分娩的108例黄疸新生儿作为观察对象,依据新生儿治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组单独进行间断性蓝光照射治疗,观察组在间断蓝光照射的基础上联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒及茵栀黄口服液治疗,比较两组患儿的临床治疗有效性、血清胆红素下降情况、黄疸指数、首次胎便排出时间、胎便转黄时间及黄疸持续时间。结果观察组新生儿的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组新生儿的血清胆红素检测值均明显下降,观察组新生儿的血清胆红素检测值较对照组明显更低,下降幅度较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的黄疸指数较对照组明显更低,新生儿的首次胎便排出时间、胎便转黄时间及黄疸持续时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间断蓝光照射联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒及茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸能够显著提高临床治疗有效性,降低新生儿血胆红素浓度及黄疸指数,缩短新生儿排出时间、胎便转黄时间及黄疸持续时间。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of intermittent blue light irradiation combined with Bacillus Subtilis Bifidobacterium Granules and Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 108 newborns with jaundice who were successfully delivered in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different neonatal treatment plans,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation alone.The observation group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation combined with Bacillus Subtilis Bifidobacterium Granules and Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid.The clinical treatment effectiveness,serum bilirubin drop,jaundice index,time of first stool discharge,time of stool turning yellow and jaundice duration of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in newborns of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum bilirubin detection values of the two groups of newborns were significantly decreased,the serum bilirubin detection values of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the decrease range of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal jaundice index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the time of neonatal first stool discharge,time of stool turning yellow and duration of jaundice in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent blue light irradiation combined with Bacillus Subtilis Bifidobacterium Granules and Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid can significantly improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment for neonatal jaundice,reduce neonatal blood bilirubin concentration and jaundice index,and shorten neonatal discharge time,fetal stool turning yellow time and jaundice duration.
