改进式折刀侧卧位在术后压疮预防中的应用效果

Application effect of improved folding knife lateral decubitus position in prevention of pressure ulcer after operation

目的探讨改进式折刀侧卧位在术后压疮预防中的应用效果。方法选择我院2016年12月～2017年12月收治的124例长时间行侧卧位手术患者作为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各62例。观察组采用改进式折刀侧卧位,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组术后的压疮发生情况和患者的满意度。结果观察组的压疮发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组压疮平均面积为(0.43±0.11)cm^2,明显小于对照组[(11.31±3.57)cm^2],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进式折刀侧卧位应用于手术患者,能减少患者因长时间侧卧位引起的压疮发生,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To discuss the application effect of improved folding knife lateral decubitus position in prevention of pressure ulcer after operation.Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,124 cases patients who underwent long-term lateral decubitus surgery in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,62 cases in each group.The observation group was received the improved folding knife lateral decubitus position,while the control group was received routine nursing.Postoperative pressure sores and satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average area of pressure ulcer in the observation group was(0.43±0.11)cm^2,and it was significantly smaller than that in the control group([11.31±3.57]cm^2),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of improved folding knife lateral decubitus position in surgical patients can reduce pressure ulcers caused by long lateral decubitus position and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
