The Connotation,Construction Principle and Cultivation Path of Quality Culture in Vocational Colleges

高职院校质量文化是高职院校以教育服务质量和人才培养质量为中心,全体利益相关者作为参与主体,在长期教育教学实践过程中逐步积淀形成的、体现自身阶段特征与特色烙印的质量精神与理念、质量制度与技术、质量行为方式及其物化形态的总和。要坚持强化领导与全员参与相结合、阶段特征与特色烙印相统一、制度完善与精神塑造相协同的建构原则。高职院校质量文化的培育应正确理解质量文化内涵,确定质量文化培育方向;树立卓越质量理念与目标,塑造共同质量愿景;提升校领导质量文化领导力,建立健全学校质量管理体制机制;积极开展质量文化宣传教育,营造良好的质量文化建设氛围。

The quality culture in vocational colleges is formed during the process of long-term education and teaching,which is centered on the quality of education service and talent training with all stakeholders as participants.The construction principle of combining the leaders and staff,uniting the stage characteristics and special imprint and coordinating the system perfection and spirit creation should be strengthened.The cultivation of quality culture in vocational colleges requires to know its connotation well,confirm its cultivation direction,set up the idea and goal,build the common vision,improve the leadership,perfect the management mechanism,carry out culture education and create a good environment.
