高职现代学徒制试点中企业师傅标准构建探究——以包头职业技术学院建筑室内设计专业为例

Research on the Construction of Enterprise Master Standards in the Modern Apprenticeship Pilot in Vocational Colleges

在现代学徒制试点工作中,校企双导师共同承担对学生(学徒)专业技能的培养任务和良好职业素质的育人使命。企业中参与培养的企业导师对学生(学徒)的培养过程和质量起到至关重要的作用,因此规范和加强建筑室内设计专业试点合作企业师傅标准就成为本专业学徒制试点工作成功的关键环节。以专业学生(学徒)培养的不同阶段企业师傅的工作任务和教学标准内容为出发点,探究如何科学构建本专业企业师傅标准,并提出标准实施的可行性建议。

In the modern apprenticeship pilot work,the school-enterprise dual tutors jointly undertake the task of cultivating the professional skills of students(apprentices)and the mission of educating people with good professional qualities.The enterprise tutors involved plays a vital role in the training process.Therefore,standardizing and strengthening the master standard of the cooperative enterprises in Building Interior Design has become a key link in the successful pilot program of apprenticeship.From the work tasks and teaching standards of the enterprise masters at different stages of the training,this article explores how to construct the master standards scientifically and appropriately,and proposes the feasible recommendations for the implementation of the standards.
