我国转基因食品标签粘贴制度的构建与运作研究

Research on the Establishment and Operation of the Sticking System of Genetically Modified Food Label

转基因食品越来越多地出现在人们的生活中,但科学界尚未对其安全性给出结论。科学结论的不确定性带来法律规制的两难,标签粘贴制度正是在这种背景下产生的。文章以转基因食品标签粘贴制度为研究对象,在考察我国相关法律规定的基础上总结了现行制度的缺陷;通过比较分析以美国和欧盟为代表的两种不同标签粘贴制度,对我国转基因食品标签粘贴制度的完善提出可行性建议。

More and more genetically modified food emerge in human’s life,however,scientific community has not yet drew conclusions on its security.The label sticking system was put forward under the background of the dilemma of legal regulations that brought out by scientific conclusions’uncertainties.Regards the sticking system of genetically modified food label as research subject and combining with the relative Chinese legal provisions,the paper summarizes the defects of current system and puts forward feasible proposals on the improvement of Chinese sticking system of genetically modified food label based on the different label sticking systems which represented by America and EU.
