企业转型升级的内涵是企业通过产业转行、组织重构、增长方式、管理变革的转轨和新商业模式、新科技的应用升级等方式,最终实现由低技术水平、低附加值向高技术水平、高附加值转变的动态演化过程。结合天津市部分国有企业在转型升级过程中的实地走访调查,使我们认清了新常态下天津经济发展的相关问题与当前和今后一个时期我国经济发展的逻辑关系。企业转型升级意味着发展的机遇,也意味着可能会出现的风险与挑战。

The connotation of enterprise transformation and upgrading is to adapt to the current macroeconomic environment.By means of industrial transformation,organizational restructuring,growth mode,management transformation,new business model and application and upgrading of new technology,enterprises finally realize the dynamic evolution process from low technology level,low added value to high technology level and high added value.Combined with the on-the-spot survey of Tianjin enterprises in the process of transformation and upgrading,we have realized the logical relationship between the economic development of Tianjin under the new normal and the current and future economic development of our country.Enterprise transformation and upgrading represent both opportunities for development and risks and challenges that may arise.
