摘要
数控磨床是现代加工中的重要制造装备,砂轮架主轴是磨床加工中的主要部件。砂轮架主轴的设计制造也就显得尤为重要。ANSYS软件的优化设计模块就是在符合设计要求的情况下,根据用户要求计算出最好的设计方案。得出的优化分析结果精确度高,完全可以用于优化砂轮架主轴的相关参数。利用ANSYS软件的优化设计功能对磨床砂轮架主轴进行优化设计,在减轻砂轮架主轴的重量、提高刚度的目的下,得出最优的设计参数。
CNC grinding machine is an important manufacturing equipment in modern machining,and the spindle of grinding wheel frame is the main component in grinding machine machining.The design and manufacture of the spindle of the grinding wheel frame is particularly important.The optimization design module of ANSYS software is to calculate the best design scheme according to the user's requirements under the condition of meeting the design requirements.The optimized analysis results obtained have high accuracy and can be used to optimize the relevant parameters of the grinding wheel spindle.This paper makes use of the optimization design function of ANSYS software to optimize the design of grinding wheel spindle of grinding machine,and obtains the optimal design parameters under the purpose of reducing the weight of grinding wheel spindle and improving the rigidity.
