结直肠癌全基因组关联分析研究进展及展望 被引量：2

Progress and prospects of genome-wide association study of colorectal cancer

摘要 2018年全球有超过180万人罹患结直肠癌,严重影响人类健康。目前认为,结直肠癌的发生发展是遗传因素和环境因素共同作用的结果。其遗传因素目前尚不明确,已发表的全基因组关联分析研究(genome-wide association study,GWAS)已经发现了数十个遗传易感位点和区域。本文将对既往结直肠癌GWAS研究进行综述,讨论GWAS研究的优缺点,探讨GWAS的发展前景。
