血浆hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平在小儿鼾症手术前后的变化情况分析及其临床价值研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白介素6(IL-6)水平在小儿鼾症手术前后的变化情况及临床价值。方法 30例实施扁桃体/腺样体切除术鼾症患儿作为研究对象,对术前术后的血浆hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平进行测定,并进行对比。结果手术前患儿血浆hs-CRP、TNF-α与IL-6水平分别为(1.72±0.35)mg/dl、(19.14±2.79)pg/ml和(3.85±0.74)pg/ml,手术后分别为(0.54±0.08)mg/dl、(15.16±2.45)pg/ml和(2.02±0.46)pg/ml。患儿手术前后血浆hs-CRP、TNF-α与IL-6水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿鼾症手术后血浆hs-CRP、TNF-α与IL-6水平均低于手术前,从而降低心血管疾病的发生风险,小儿鼾症患儿定期进行血浆hs-CRP、TNF-α与IL-6水平的检测可及时发现心血管疾病,也可作为评估心血管疾病的风险因子。 Objective To analyze the changes of plasma hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels before and after children snoring surgery and its clinical value.Methods A total of 30 snoring children underwent tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy as study subjects,and the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-alpha and IL-6 in plasma before and after operation were measured and compared.Results Before operation,children had plasma hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 level respectively as(1.72±0.35)mg/dl,(19.14±2.79)pg/ml and(3.85±0.74)pg/ml,which were(0.54±0.08)mg/dl,(15.16±2.45)pg/ml and(2.02±0.46)pg/ml after operation.There was statistically significant significant in plasma hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 level before and after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in plasma of snoring children after operation are lower than those before operation,thus reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.Regular detection of hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 levels in snoring children can detect cardiovascular diseases in time,and can also be used as risk factors for evaluating cardiovascular diseases.
