长期口服麝香保心丸治疗冠心病的疗效评价

Evaluation of long-term oral administration of Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的探讨长期口服麝香保心丸治疗冠心病的疗效。方法 88例冠心病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组44例。对照组采取常规对症治疗与单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上长期口服麝香保心丸治疗。观察比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.18%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者发生心律失常2例,不良反应发生率为4.55%;对照组患者发生心律失常5例,心力衰竭2例,心肌梗死1例,不良反应发生率为18.18%。研究组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.062, P<0.05)。结论长期口服麝香保心丸能够有效改善冠心病患者的临床症状,降低不良反应发生率,适于推广。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of long-term oral administration of Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 88 patients with coronary heart disease were divided by random number table method into control group and research group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment and isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets,and the research group received long-term oral administration of Shexiang Baoxin pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in two groups was observed and compared.Results The research group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 93.18%than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group had 2 cases of arrhythmia,with incidence of adverse reactions as 4.55%,while the control group had 5 cases of arrhythmia,2 cases of heart failure and 1 case of myocardial infarction,with incidence of adverse reactions as 18.18%.The research group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.062,P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term oral administration of Shexiang Baoxin pill can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is suitable for promotion.
