产后康复运动训练对产褥期妇女康复效果的影响

Effect of postpartum rehabilitation exercise training on rehabilitation of puerperal women

目的探讨产后康复运动训练对产褥期妇女康复效果的影响。方法 200例自然阴道分娩产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组给予常规护理、产褥期保健知识及健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上进行产后康复运动训练。比较两组产妇产后子宫入盆时间、恶露消失时间、体形恢复情况、精神状态。结果观察组产妇子宫入盆时间及恶露消失时间分别为(7.10±1.60)、(27.1±4.4)d,明显短于对照组的(10.81±1.80)、(31.6±7.5)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体形恢复、精神状态均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产褥早期行康复运动训练能促进产后妇女的康复,对提高产后妇女的生活质量有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the influence of postpartum rehabilitation exercise training on rehabilitation effect of puerperal women.Methods A totao of 200 patural vaginal delivery women were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,puerperal health knowledge and health education,and the observation group received postpartum rehabilitation exercise training on the basis of the control group.Comparison were made on postpartum uterine pelvic entry time,lochia disappearance time,physical recovery,mental state between the two groups.Results The observation group had obviously shorter postpartum uterine pelvic entry time and lochia disappearance time respectively as(7.10±1.60)and(27.1±4.4)d than(10.81±1.80)and(31.6±7.5)d in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously better physical recovery and mental state than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation exercise training can promote the rehabilitation of postpartum women,and it is of great significance to improve the quality of life of postpartum women.
