摘要
目的为了探索一种可能的、副作用小、疗效准确的防治骨质疏松药物。方法在破骨细胞分化过程中加入藜芦胺进行药物干预,观察破骨细胞的形态。结果在进行藜芦胺干预的实验组,破骨细胞数量,大小均受到明显抑制。结论藜芦胺对RANKL诱导的破骨细胞分化具有明显的抑制作用,或可成为一种潜在的防治破骨细胞异常分化导致的相关疾病的药物。
Objective This study is to explore a potential,small side effects,accurate curative effect of osteoporosis prevention and treatment drugs.Methods The morphology and function of osteoclast were observed by drug intervention with veratramine during osteoclast differentiation.Results The number of osteoclasts and the size of osteoclasts were significantly inhibited in the experimental group treated with veratramine.Conclusion Veratramine can inhibit osteoclast differentiation induced by RANKL and may be a potential drug to prevent and treat osteoclast-related diseases caused by abnormal osteoclast differentiation.
