摘要
目的观察手法整复夹板固定与阶梯性康复训练联合治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床效果,为今后临床治疗提供有力的参考依据。方法选取我院收诊治疗的老年桡骨远端骨折患者115例,根据入院挂号编号随机分成2组,对照组(n=57)实施手法整复夹板固定治疗,观察组(n=58)在手法整复夹板固定治疗基础上,实施阶梯性康复训练治疗,比较2组临床效果。结果两组患者在治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。对照组患者在治疗后VAS评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。对照组与观察组优良率分别为77. 19%、89. 66%,对照组患者复位优良率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论手法整复夹板固定配合阶梯性康复训练是一种有效的桡骨远端骨折治疗体系,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of manipulative reduction with splint fixation combined with staged rehabilitation training in the treatment of distal radius fractures in the elderly to provide valuable reference for future clinical treatment.Methods 115 elderly patients with distal radius fracture admitted and treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the registration number.The control group(n=57)was treated with manipulative reduction with splint fixation,while the observation group(n=58)was given manipulative reduction with splint fixation combined with staged rehabilitation training.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the control group after treatment was higher than that of the observation group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of reduction of the control group which was 77.19%was lower than that of the other group which was 89.66%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion manipulative reduction with splint fixation combined with staged rehabilitation training is an effective treatment system for distal radius fracture,which has high clinical value.
