消化内镜诊疗患者实施无缝隙对接护理模式的效果分析

The Effect Analysis of Implementing Seamless Contact Nursing Mode in Patients with Digestive Endoscopy

目的分析和研究无缝隙对接护理模式在消化内镜诊疗患者中的护理效果及满意度。方法对2017年3月至2018年3月我院收治的120例消化内镜诊疗患者为分析对象,随机分为两组,对照组和护理组,对照组患者60例,实施常规护理干预,护理组患者60例,实施无缝隙对接护理模式,比较两组患者的护理效率及满意度。结果护理组患者的护理后的并发症发生率明显底于对照组,并且患者对护理服务满意度也明显高于对照组,数据差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0. 05。结论无缝隙对接护理在临床护理工作当中有着重要价值,能够有效提高患者临床护理效果,显著降低患者临床不适感,还能够不断提高护理人员自身的的护理服务意识和责任意识,为患者提供更加优质的护理服务,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze and study the nursing effect and satisfaction of seamless butt joint nursing mode in patients with digestive endoscopy.Methods 120 cases with digestive endoscopic diagnosis from March 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected as analysis object,and randomly divided into control group and nursing group.60 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while 60 patients in the nursing group were given seamless docking nursing mode.Nursing efficiency and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Incidence of complications in the nursing group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and patients satisfaction with nursing services was significantly higher than that in the control group.The data was significant different with statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion seamless butt joint nursing has important value in clinical nursing work,which can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect of patients,significantly reduce the clinical discomfort of patients,constantly improve the nursing service consciousness and sense of responsibility of nursing staff,and provide more high-quality nursing services for patients.Therefore,it is worthy of wide clinical application.
