摘要
以嘉木远景公司开发的无醛胶并添加适量MDI作为交联剂,进行工业化批量生产刨花板的应用试验,初步探讨了施胶量和热压因子对刨花板性能的影响。结果表明,利用新型无醛胶黏剂生产无醛刨花板具有技术和经济可行性。新型无醛胶黏剂的成功开发,给刨花板企业提供了满足差异化市场需求.发挥比较优势的条件。
The effects of resin type (novel formaldehyde-free resin vs MDI), dosage, and hot-pressing factor on properties of PB were discussed. The results indicated that the novel formaldehyderesin was technically and economically feasible to produce formaldehyde-free PB at the industrial conditions. The success on the resin development would provide an effective solution for the PB industries to open diversified market needs and stay competitive.
