The management of building and maintenance of application of APC to PTA plant

先进过程控制(APC)技术在流程行业的应用非常普遍,在石化生产装置上的应用效果明显,对于装置"提高操作平稳率、实现卡边操作、降低劳动强度、消除外部干扰、脱除装置瓶颈、提高装置运行水平"发挥了重要作用。本文从PTA生产装置的实际出发,摸索出一套APC建设与运维的"双引擎"管理方法,对于提升APC的管理,强化APC的应用效果,具有一定创新性,也值得同类装置借鉴。

The application of advanced process control(APC) technology in the process industry is very common,and the application effect on the petrochemical production plant is obvious.The APC technology play an important role for the plant,the smooth operation rate is increased,the boundary control operation is realized,the labor intensity is reduced,and the external interference is eliminated,the bottleneck of the plant is removed and the operation level of the plant is improved.Based on the actual situation of PTA production plant,this paper tries to find out a set of "double engine" management method for APC building and maintenance.It has obvious effect on improving the management of APC and strengthening the application of APC,It has certain innovation and is also worthy of reference by similar plant.
