芜湖地区猪瘟、猪口蹄疫、高致病性猪蓝耳病抗体水平监测与分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:为评估芜湖地区猪瘟、猪口蹄疫、高致病性猪蓝耳病免疫效果,对2013~2016年这3种疫病血清抗体水平进行监测,为芜湖地区综合防控相关疫病提供基础依据。方法:对芜湖地区部分规模猪场和散养户进行血清学调查,共采集血清样品1 038份,使用间接ELISA(酶联免疫吸附试验)进行监测。结果:(1)猪瘟血清抗体平均阳性率为91.9%,芜湖四区四县中血清抗体阳性率最高的为弋江区,最低为南陵县,规模养殖户的血清抗体阳性率略低于散养户。(2)猪口蹄疫血清抗体平均阳性率为83.9%,芜湖四区四县中血清抗体阳性率最高的为三山区,最低为繁昌县,规模养殖户血清抗体平均阳性率高于散养户。(3)高致病性猪蓝耳病血清抗体平均阳性率为65.1%,低于国家免疫要求,需加强针对性免疫措施。结论:监测结果表明,猪瘟、猪口蹄疫血清抗体水平符合国家要求,高致病性猪蓝耳病血清抗体水平低于国家要求。 Objective:To evaluate the immune effect of classical swine fever,pig foot-and-mouth disease,high pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome in Wuhu region,serum antibody levels of pig diseases above in Wuhu region were monitored from 2013 to 2016,which provide a basis of prevention and control of related diseases in Wuhu region.Methods:Serological investigation were carried out on some pig farms and individual farmers in Wuhu area.1038 serum samples were collected and monitored by indirect ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay).Results:(1)The average positive rate of serum antibody of classical swine fever was 91.9%,the highest positive rate of serum antibody was in Yijiang district and the lowest was in Nanling county.The positive rate of serum antibody in large-scale farmers was slightly lower than that in bulk farmers.(2)The average positive rate of foot-and-mouth disease of pigs'serum antibody was 83.9%.The highest positive rate of serum antibody was in Sanshan district,and the lowest was in Fanchang county.(3)The average positive rate of serum antibody for high pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome was 65.1%,lower than the national immunization requirements.Targeted immunization measures should be strengthened.Conclusion:The monitoring results showed that the serum antibody levels of swine fever and foot-and-mouth disease met the national requirements,and the serum antibody levels of high pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome were lower than the national requirements.
