摘要
目的:采用高效薄层色谱扫描法(HTLCS)同时测定滁菊中木犀草素、芹菜素和金合欢素的含量。方法:采用硅胶GF254高效薄层板条带点样,以甲苯∶乙酸乙酯∶甲酸∶水=17∶7∶3∶2上层溶液为展开剂,上行展开,于365nm波长下进行直线扫描,测定滁菊中的木犀草素、芹菜素、金合欢素的含量。结果:分别在0.066 1~0.335 2μg(r=0.999 9),0.068 4~0.333 8μg(r=0.997 9)、0.064 0~0.334 2μg(r=0.995 2)范围内,木犀草素、芹菜素、金合欢素线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为99.9%、100.65%、101.3%,RSD分别为1.55%、1.41%、1.64%。结论:以HTLCS为质量控制方法,建立了一种简便、快速、准确的药物检测方法。
Objective:To establish a method for determining the concentrantion of luteolin,apigenin and acacetin in Chuju by HTLCS.Methods:To determine the concentration of luteolin,apigenin,cacetin in chuju by linear scanning at the wavelength of 365 nm,the sample was separated by using the supernatant of toluene∶ethyl acetate∶formic acid∶water=17∶7∶3∶2 on the silica GF 254 plates.Results:The linear range were 0.066 1-0.335 2μg for luteolin(r=0.999 9),0.068 4-0.333 8μg for apigenin(r=0.997 9)and 0.064 0-0.334 2μg for acacetin(r=0.995 2),respectively in HTLCS.The average recoveries of luteolin,apigenin and acacetin were 99.9%,100.65%,101.3%.The RSD were 1.55%,1.41%,1.64%,respectivly.Conclusion:A simple and accurate platform for the Chuju drug assay using HTLCS method as quality control.
