摘要
为满足上海嘉闵高架路(G2—S6)新建工程JMB2-4标段桥梁预制拼装的需要,建立了装配式桥梁桥墩预制工厂。通过对预制构件生产流水线进行合理设计,大幅提高了生产效率和管理水平,实现了预制构件工厂内制作、现场安装的高效施工,对于高架桥梁的工业化生产有一定的现实意义和推广价值。
In order to meet the requirements of precast and assembly of JMB2-4 section of new construction project of Shanghai Jia-Min Viaduct (G2-S6), a precast factory for bridge piers is built. Through the rational design of the production line of precast components, the product!on efficiency and management level are greatly improved, and the efficie nt con structio n is realized by factory productio n and site installatio n of precast comp orients, which has certai n practical significance and popularization value for the industrial production of viaduct bridges.
