Transportation Method for Precast Pier and Beam of Prefabricated Urban Viaduct

上海嘉闵高架路(G2—S6)JMB2-4标段采用预制装配式工艺施工,为解决大型预制桥墩、桥梁从工厂至施工现场的运输问题,针对预制立柱与预制盖梁的结构特点,分别进行研究,从而形成了一种安全可靠的运输方法,为装配式桥梁预制桥墩、桥梁的运输提供了经验参考。

The Prefabricated construction is adopted for JMB2-4 section of Shanghai Jia-Min Viaduct (G2-S6). In order to solve the problem of transporting factory precast large piers and beams to construction site, according to the research of structural characteristics of columns and prefabricated bent caps, a safe and reliable transportation method is developed, which can provide experience references for the transportation of precast piers and beams of prefabricated bridges.
