摘要
塔式起重机在强电场环境下进行吊装作业时,可能会造成塔式起重机主钢丝绳在强电场作用下的磁力线切割现象,导致主钢丝绳产生瞬间高压,甚至出现钢丝绳内圈绳芯烧断状况,给施工安全性带来极大的影响。经研究,通过加强接地、采用绝缘吊带、对吊臂采用绝缘布包裹等防护措施即可提高塔吊作业的安全性,以保证工程的顺利进行。
When the tower erane operates under the strong electric field environment, the cutting magnetic line phenomenon of main steel wire rope of tower crane may be caused due to the effect of strong electric field. It may cause instantaneous high voltage of main steel wire rope and even the core of inner ring of steel wire rope to bum out, which will have a great impact on construction safety. After research, the safety protection measures such as strengthening ground connection, adopting insulating sling and wrapping the boom with insulating cloth, etc. can be taken to improve the safe operation of crane town and ensure the smooth operation of the project.
