摘要
以某桥双柱式变截面弧线形主塔建造为例,采用了有限元软件对其液压爬模施工进行全过程模拟分析,并制定了主塔塔柱主动横撑施工方案。计算结果表明,在主动横撑施工过程中,塔柱混凝土受拉区最大拉应力没有超过容许抗拉强度;塔柱混凝土由受拉转为受压,施工安全。
Taking the construction of one double-pylon variable cross-section arc-shaped main tower bridge as an example, the whole process simulation analysis of the hydraulic climbing formwork construction was carried out by the finite element software, and the construction scheme of active transverse brace of main tower pylon was also developed. The calculated results show that during the active transverse brace construction, the maximum tensile stress of pylon concrete in the tension zone does not exceed the allowable tensile strength;The pylon con Crete is conv erted from tensi on to compression, so the construction is safe.
