摘要
根据BIM、物联网、普适计算和4D可视化等新兴信息技术,结合智慧施工的理念,研究了智慧施工管理在进度管控、质量管理中的应用模式,讨论了智慧施工在施工安全管理方面的发展前景。通过创建施工进度信息模型和实时施工模型,实现对施工进度的动态管理控制;同时借助BIM模型实现施工质量实时动态跟踪,做到对施工质量问题的提前发现、及时解决和事后管控。
Based on the new information technology, such as BIM, In ternet of Thin gs, Pervasive computi ng, 4D visualization, and so on, combined with the concept of intelligent construction, the application mode of intelligent construction management in progress control and quality management is studied, and the development prospect of intelligent construction in construction safety management is discussed. The dynamic management and control of construction progress are realized by creating construction progress information model and real-time construction model;At the same time, the real-time dynamic tracking of construction quality is realized with the help of BIM model, so as to have the construction quality problems discovered in advanee, solved in time and controlled afterwards。
